However, andropause can actually be worse than menopause because the symptoms may not be as "in your face" and can sneak up gradually over most guys entering andropause have NO IDEA why they are fat, flat, and fatigued all the time.


...At first, the energy levels start to dip.  In fact, most guys just shrug it off.  But then other symptoms start to gradually creep up like trouble focusing, memory loss, and unexplained depressed mood.  "Well," they think, "I probably just need to hit the gym again."  But their best efforts at exercise are usually met with decreased stamina and endurance.  They just can't exercise as much or for as long as they used to...In fact, some men get even MORE TIRED after they try and exercise...not to mention the fact that no amount of weight lifting seems to help improve muscle mass....and the belly fat just keeps coming.


Sex drive may be the last thing to suffer, but eventually it does. Erections my not be the issue, but the mind has to be willing...and without testosterone, the body won't be willing because the mind won't follow.  Sex is replaced by trouble sleeping, and the viscous cycle begins.


Now...add stress to this picture, and it's not pretty.  Not only does stress make the symptoms of andropause worse, it can actually cause the hormonal declines seen in andropause in young men!

Stress is the NUMBER ONE silent killer and is the indirect cause of 60% of all death and disease!
